Dopamine (DA) is an important catecholamine neurotransmitter involved in neural and hormonal functions. Neural diseases, as Parkinson's, are connected to a significant lowering of DA concentration picomolar levels cerebrospinal fluid. So, this contribution, hybrid active layer based on perylene bisimide (PBI) derivative multishaped Au nanostructures proposed for the development surface plasmon resonance (SPR) dopamine detection system. PBI molecules, transferred thin film by dip coating approach, demonstrated be able detect down 10–12 m SPR method. The presence promotes enhanced Raman scattering effect signals highlighting strong energetic communication between two species. In way, when PBI/Au (AuNS) films deposited layer-by-layer method used detection, sensitivity toward 10?12 doubled. PBI/AuNS dopamine, due coupling localized propagating plasmons slide. particular, interfacial among AuNS (of slide) can promoted.
